CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE MADE PURCHASES FROM OUR ONLINE STORE HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RETURN POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO CUSTOMERS WITH SHIPPING ADDRESSES IN CHINA-HONG KONG. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
- THE PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
- ALL ACCESSORIES, INCLUDING HANGTAGS, MUST BE INTACT AND UNCUT.
- THE PRODUCTS MUST BE UNUSED AND UNWASHED.
- THE RETURN LABELS MUST REMAIN INTACT.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE A VALID PAYMENT RECORD ALONG WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE LABELS OR HANGTAGS ARE REMOVED, DAMAGED, OR LOST. ADDITIONALLY, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PRODUCT RECEIPT.

- PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY USED, EXPOSED TO EXTREMELY DAMP OBJECTS, CHEMICALS, GASOLINE, PAINT, DETERGENT, SOLVENT, COOKING OIL, STRONG ODORS (SUCH AS SMOKE, PERFUME, FOOD, AND INCENSE), OR HAVE BEEN OVERHEATED.
- PRODUCTS WITH LOOSE THREADS OR CRACKING RESULTING FROM EXTERNAL SCRATCHES BY HARD OBJECTS OR INTERNAL WEAR AND TEAR.
- PRODUCTS THAT MAY HAVE A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COLOR DUE TO VARIATIONS IN WEB BROWSERS AND/OR MONITORS.
- DAMAGED PRODUCTS CAUSED BY MISUSE OR IMPROPER HANDLING.
- DAMAGED PRODUCTS DUE TO IMPROPER WASHING METHODS.
- PRODUCTS WITH COLOR FADING DUE TO PROLONGED DISPLAY OR EXPOSURE.
- PRODUCTS WITH AN UNCLEAN APPEARANCE RESULTING FROM CUSTOMER HANDLING.
- SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
- PRODUCTS NOT PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
